Return to Work Process

All Salm Partners,

In order to ensure partner safety, we will follow the CDC’s recommendations to decide when partners who have had COIVD-19 symptoms (dry cough, fever, and/or shortness of breath) can come back to work. We have created a worksheet to help you figure out if it is safe for you to come back to work if you have had COIVD-19 symptoms. As always, follow the guidance of your healthcare provider and local health department.

If you have had COVID-19 symptoms, here is the process to self-assess if you can return to work:

  1. Prior to returning, fill out the attached form and send it to AskHR@salmpartners.com
    1. If it does not say “Return to Work”, you should not come to work
    2. If you are unable to send it to HR, and it says Return to Work, bring it to HR or your manager first thing upon returning
  2. HR and your manager will review your for
  3. If you are approved to come back, you will be contacted by HR to say you can attend you next shift
    1. If you brought in the form, you will be verbally told
  4. If you are not approved, you will be contacted by HR to discuss next steps

Through following the CDC’s guidelines for return to work, social distancing, proper hygiene, and staying home when sick, we will help protect each other.
